The idlis nutritious little heavier than usual idlis as unfermented dough. They are very nutritious because of the combination of three dals and vegetables like methi, green beans and carrots. It is great to boost early in pregnancy and be a very good source of iron, fiber, folic acid and vitamin C, they will make sure you and your baby get a lot of good. You can even make fancy pancakes with the same dough instead of steaming them to idlis.
