Whenever I eat something that is "good for you" I get so sore that does not even funny. I go to school right now so I was allowed to just sit in bed all day if I have to, but I HATE it. But every time I eat something bad for you, I feel better. Does that make any sense?

Diet today: Spinach salad with cheddar and rasins ..... spend the next six hours in bed trying not to vomit. Chilli Cheese Fritos ... Felt pretty enough to get up and clean the entire kitchen including a large pile my plate has been put off for two days.

How does that even happen?

I have the same thing. I have always been people who eat a salad at least 2 times a day. , , when I was pregnant, I could not even stand looking at it.

What I can say is that it will pass. Try not to worry. Eat what you can when you can. The morning sickness will be gone, and so was the reluctance of the will of the food. I'm currently at 22 weeks and had just finished a spinich salad. 3 weeks ago smelling change would put me off. Just try to keep fruit and vegetable base. Also, try to drink orange or fruit along with iron full meal. This will help with your energy, thus helping your body injest iron.

That's me! I eat some fresh vegetables, feeling like pure nonsense. Eat some grilled chicken and steamed vegetables, choking. Eating Burger King, feel like a million dollars! Last nite, drink 1/4 of a bottle of Cherry Coke (my addiction, sorry), it felt great. Tonite, drink lactose-free milk 1/2 cup, now feel bloated and ILL. Snack on apples, felt dirty. David salty snack sunflower seeds (my other addiction), cleaning the house dancing!

Eat a donut for breakfast (chocolate covered), a great feel for the rest of the morning! Eating oranges, just about crapped myself.

I know, and I'm always a girl is really healthy, especially since I got married and junk food are more expensive (I was in school, and my husband works so we BROKE) and I LOVE the food, but I eat something good (spinach salad is my favorite) and my baby all like, NO !!!!!!

I'm tryin to mix them so that I could still get the good stuff but feel good about it. And I never used to like Orange Juice, but sometimes the only thing that makes me feel better.

I am the same way !! My husband thought I was making it up. I eat beans or broccoli or green corn, and I began to choke and wanted to vomit. But cheeseburger or chicken fingers and fries YUMMMY !! I want a cheeseburger all the time I could eat them everyday! I have found tht drink V8 juice tolerated. and I make sure to take my prenatal vitamins.

Do not feel bad. I have the same problem. If I eat healthy (tomatoes, oranges, most any fruit, orange juice, V-8 juice, especially milk, some vegetables) I get pretty sick too. I do not know why. I'm still trying to eat healthy even though every chance I get but I was still sick all the time when I did it. Last 3-4 days I have been eating very healthy and I was nauseous 24/7.

When I eat unhealthy (fried chicken, chili dogs, fries, chips, etc.) I feel better. I do not know why. I do not even nausea. This is the funniest thing.

When this occurs even though I try to eat things that are still healthy for you to some degree even though they are not healthy bit (like fritos, chips, crisps sun, salted sunflower seeds, salted peanuts, homeade fried chicken, homeade fries with the skin still on them, homeade spinach & artichoke dip, etc.). It is actually even though rough.

I do not know why this is. I soooo healthy meal before I got pregnant. It's like pulling teeth trying to eat healthy.

Thanks for the Tip Orange Juice. It feels nice to be able to drink SOMETHING good to me without feeling like it wants to come back. One of my friends say that baby only has the same sense as he does. I used to cook for him all the time and peppers, onions, carrots, etc. will be on the other plate after he finished with the food, but anything greesy be devoured. It was cute :)

same here, my research says that as long as you get the complex carbohydrates and protein you're good to go !!!

I live in peanut butter and jelly on crackers and breads along with eggs and cheese for a week !!

Before DS (darling child) I ate a grilled chicken and vegetables all the time. As soon as I hit 7 wks PGI I can not stand seeing the chickens at all! Good vegetables! What I want is Zoodles, Kraft dinner, pizza, etc. At least I still crave fruit. I could eat watermelon, grapes, cherries, etc. throughout the day. And Cheerios! OMG I have an addiction like to Cheerios I had them before going to bed and then at 4:00 every day ... This pattern lasts for about 6 months after the child is born ... breastfeeding save lives ... I finally had to cut myself off for lowering weight. It's very strange how often this happens. I also have a friend who's crazy health conscious and his desire and Dr Pepper Big Mac ... he HAD to have them several times a week.

For each of you that this has happened. , , You finally have a boy or a girl? Might be intersting to see if there are any trends?

YAY, I'm not alone! ha ha! Eventually I started to feel good again! I've been in bed for three days cuz i like, refusing to eat more food junky. but today my dh (dear husband) took me a hamburger and I had SOOO much energy now. HAPPINESS
