Ideally, we should get all the nutrients through a healthy diet, but the things that ideal does not happen in the real world. A balanced diet is not part of the life of a woman in Pakistan; You will need to take some supplements. Talk to your doctor about this, because you may be required to have tests done before any prescription supplement.
