Others such as bluefish, striped bass, salmon, pike, trout, and walleye containing polychlorinated biphenyls that produce memory problems in infants.
* Food Asia: Most Asian food, such as sushi, raw meat contains harmful for your growing baby. Also, some of these foods contain Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), which can cause water retention in the body and that can make you retain water and can lead to complications such as pre-eclampsia.
